Game of S.k.a.t.e. rules
-
The first skater tries a trick of his/her choice.
-
No trick can be landed more than once.
-
On offense (when demonstrating a trick) the trick must be landed clean on all four wheels: No toe drag, rail landings, manual landings, caspers, hands on the skateboard or on the ground.
-
Grabs, no-complies, handplants or bonelesses are not allowed in the contest.
-
If the first player does not land his/her trick, it is the next player’s turn.
-
Once a player lands his/her trick cleanly the other player has to imitate it and land it first try as well.
-
On defense (when imitating a trick) there is a bigger margin for error landings. This will be decided by a referee.
-
If a defensive player does not land the trick demonstrated by the offensive player he/she receives a letter of the work S.K.A.T.E
-
If you have already received four letters (S.K.A.T) you are allowed two tries for imitating a trick.
-
Once a player has received all five letters (S.K.A.T.E) letters, he/she has lost and is out of the game of S.K.A.T.E.
-
The last remaining skater wins.
