IMPAQ is a girls skateboard program built to develop confident skateboarders, strong leaders, and positive role models through skateboarding culture, mentorship, competition, and community.

Created through Q Skatepark, IMPAQ gives girls of all ages and skill levels a place to progress, belong, and push themselves alongside a supportive team environment. The program combines coaching, skateboarding fundamentals, contest preparation, leadership development, and community involvement to help riders grow both on and off the board.

More than a team, IMPAQ is a movement focused on empowering the next generation of female skateboarders while helping grow and strengthen girls skateboarding in the Midwest and beyond.

What We Do

Skateboarding Progression

IMPAQ helps girls build confidence and skills through structured practices, coaching, camps, clinics, and team sessions designed for beginner through advanced riders.

Leadership & Mentorship

Our riders are encouraged to lead by example, support younger skaters, and become ambassadors for skateboarding within their communities.

Competition Opportunities

Team members have opportunities to participate in local, regional, and national skateboarding contests while learning sportsmanship, preparation, and teamwork.

Community & Industry Engagement

IMPAQ works to positively represent skateboarding through events, demonstrations, outreach programs, partnerships, and community involvement.

Positive Culture

We believe skateboarding should be welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive. IMPAQ promotes respect, progression, creativity, and individuality while building lifelong friendships through skateboarding.

Our Mission

To inspire and empower girls through skateboarding by creating opportunities for progression, leadership, competition, mentorship, and community impact.

Our Vision

To help shape the future of girls skateboarding by developing confident athletes, positive role models, and leaders who make an IMPAQ both inside and outside the skatepark.
